Ingredients:
Chicken – 500gms
Oil – 75ml
Ginger – garlic paste – 3 spn (50gms)
3 to 4 medium – sized Onions (chopped) – 100gms (2 cup)
Curd – ½ cup
Cashewnuts – 25gms
Almonds – 25gms
Turmeric powder – ¼ spn
Red chilli powder – 2 to 3 spns
Garam masala – ¼ spn
Cumin powder – ½ spn
Coriander powder – ½ spn
Salt to taste
Method:
Marinate chicken with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt & leave it for 30 min. Grind cashewnut & almond into a fine paste. Add oil in a pan & fry the chopped onions till it gets a golden brown color. Add the marinated chicken, ginger – garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, cashewnut – almond paste, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, curd, garam masala & add half cup of water to it. Cook on a high flame for 6 – 7 min. Garnish with coriander & mint leaves. Chicken Yum Dum is ready to serve.u
